Testování dna | Odebraný vzorek s genetickým materiálem je zaslán do laboratoře. Zde je rozdělen na menší části, ze kterých je za pomocí enzymů izolována samotná DNA. To vše se děje na molekulární úrovni. Pak jsou fragmenty izolované DNA umístěny do gelu, který je pod nízkonapětovým stejnosměrným elektrickým proudem. Slabý proud přitahuje jednotlivé části ke svým pólům. Nejmenší části DNA k jednomu pólu a delší fragmenty DNA k pólu druhému. Takto se extrahovaná DNA roztřídí pro následnou analýzu……
